A Preparatory Committee consisting of five Brothers and five Associates
(Partners) approved by Brother Visitor in September 2001 commenced its
work in October 2001. The responsibilities of the Preparatory Committee
include: making arrangements for the Assembly, supervising the process
for election of delegates, and proposing the organization of and schedule
for the Assembly. The ten members of the Assembly Preparatory Committee
