De
La Salle Institute provides support
for all entities affiliated with
the District. As part of a worldwide
network of Districts, the San Francisco
District also coordinates programs
with the other six Districts of
the USA/Toronto Region, other individual
Districts throughout the world,
and the Institute offices in Rome.

The Leadership Team is led by the Brother Visitor (or "Provincial") and his Brother Auxiliary Visitor who oversees programs for the Brothers. Along with three other members, the Leadership team oversees and directs programs for the Brothers life, the schools and other work, and financial stewardship. The Leadership Team includes:

Brothers' Life is
supported by programs and committees
for Brothers in initial and continuing
formation as well as in their Senior
years. Convocations of Brothers,
retreats, and other District gatherings
are provided for the Brothers to
identify, renew, and celebrate their
vocation together.

The
Office of Education provides
support for District schools' educational
programs as well as formation programs
for Lasallian educators. The Office
of Education is attentive to promotion
of a greater understanding across
the District of the mission, heritage,
and culture of Lasallian education,
and the development of the identity
of Lasallian educators as members
of the District, Region, and International
Institute of the De La Salle Christian
Brothers.
The
Finance Office acts as the responsible
steward of the various trusts and
funds set up to help De La Salle
Institute carry out its mission
of service. It provides expertise
to the Lasallian centers for learning
on the West Coast. It also manages
health benefits for the Brother
of the District as well as the employees
of De La Salle Institute.
