This past spring, Lasallians around the globe participated in a photo project to illustrate the unity that connects the Lasallian world across borders and beyond cultures. Titled Many Stars, One La Salle, the effort was coordinated by the Inter-national Council of Young Lasallians and the Secretariat for the Lasallian Educational Mission who collected photographs of students and partners gathered in star formations.
Symbolizing the star of the Institute, the star shape was expressed in a variety of ways, demonstrating the diversity of schools and communities. All photos were taken between April 7th (the ecclesiastical feast of St. John Baptist de La Salle) and May 15th (the Institute’s traditional observance of the Founder’s feast day).
Don’t miss this wonderful program of Lasallian unity, which can be viewed here.
