Brothers 01 2018

The Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools, also known as De La Salle Brothers, is a religious congregation of men founded by Saint John Baptist de La Salle, patron saint of teachers of youth.  The Brothers are consecrated to procuring God’s glory and the salvation of the young through the ministry of giving  a human and Christian education to the young, especially the poor and marginalized.

The Brothers have answered a call to a vocation of faith, community, and service with the work of teaching the minds and touching the hearts of the young people entrusted to their care.  Together with their Lasallian Partners, the Brothers exercise a ministry that is rooted in the charism of Saint John Baptist de La Salle and realized through the over three century tradition of Lasallian education.
