Over thirty young women from the District of San Francisco met on January 15-17th at Saint Joseph’s Camp on the Russian River for a two-day Lasallian Vocation Retreat. They explored their possible life callings through group discussion, prayer and contemplation, with the guidance of Marilyn Paquette, Director of Lasallian Student Programs, and Br. George Van Grieken, Director of Vocation Ministry.
The San Francisco District is unique in the United States/Toronto Region in offering such an opportunity to women. A vocation retreat for young men will be held February 19-21, also at St. Joseph’s Camp on the Russian River.
